Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Shipments

If the Customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the shipment, is unavailable for delivery, provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned for reasons not attributable to SKITCHEN, no refund will be issued.

The Customer shall remain fully responsible for any shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, storage fees, disposal fees, and any other costs or charges incurred as a result of the failed delivery or return of the shipment.

As our products are perishable food items, any returned products cannot be restocked or resold and will be treated as non-refundable.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
